Logic Voice Support representatives are available Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm EST.

All support inquiries will be reviewed in the order received.

Limited staff is available for critical situations 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Due to the complexity and large variety of third party vendors; Logic Voice is unable to provide technical and/or configuration assistance for use with third party equipment and PBX systems. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your business.

Technical Support representatives are not authorized to make phone calls to end users in response to Trouble Tickets.
